Since its inception, BUET Cisco Academy is offering its courses for students. In order to accomplish this task which requires rather huge responsibility, BUET has a number of very competent instructors. The instructors are all full time teachers in Department of CSE, BUET. They encompass the whole band of seniors and juniors, starting from Professors to Lecturers, but all of them are very much committed to their duties. The academy is currently offering the following types of courses:

• CCNA Regular Courses
• CCNA Special Courses
• CCNA Security Course

CCNA Regular Courses

The academy offeres CCNA Routing and Switching (version 7) course in three Semesters which are as follows:

• 1) CCNA 1: Introduction to Networks (ITN)
• 2) CCNA 2: Routing and Switching and Wireless Essentials (RSWE)
• 3) CCNA 3: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation (ENSA)

Student batches are generally started once every eight months and the academy has current capacity to hold two batches simultaneousely. Admission information for our academy can be found here.

CCNA Special Courses

The academy involved in providing CCNA training to officials of government and non-government organizations across the nation. The instructors of this academy provided CCNA training to IT officials of Bangladesh Bank. The academy taught CCNA few batches of government officials nominated by the Honorable Prime Minister's office under an initiative of UNDP. Another two batches of Governmment officials were taught under the LICT project, Bangladesh Computer Council.

CCNA Security Courses

The academy also offers CCNA security course.
